SECTION 2 – Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to you based on your visit to our Site and other sites on the internet. DART uses “non personally identifiable information” and does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, etc.

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

We use regular malware scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. All sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Sensitive and private data exchange between our Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

We implement a variety of security measures when you place an order, enter, submit, or access your information to maintain the safety of your personal information. The Fair Information Practice Principles (FIPP) form the backbone of privacy law in the United States.  The concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe.
